LOI To Acquire Arizona Mining Claims

CALGARY – Bocana Resources Corp. has entered into a binding letter of intent (LOI) for the proposed acquisition of 100% of the rights, title and interests in the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) placer mining claims owned by LP Associates, LLC of Buffalo MN.
The Claims, which are comprised of seventy-two (72) 20-acre claims, total approximately 1,440 acres in size. The Claims are located in Pinal County, Arizona, approximately 85 miles southeast of Phoenix and are in two contiguous areas, one containing 1,240 acres and the other block containing 160 acres.
